What can I expect from the event?
Get ready to step into a retro TV game show - live and in person. BuzzAttack drops you and your team onto a vibrant studio set straight out of the golden age of game shows, complete with podiums, dazzling lights, and big screens. Over 60 fast-paced minutes, a host leads you through five games packed with humor, strategy, and pop culture. Rack up points, tackle surprise twists, and get swept up in the excitement as the show builds to its finale. Whether you're coming with family, friends, or coworkers, BuzzAttack delivers an hour of laughter and competition unlike anything you've done before.

The quizzes are available at the venue in Spanish and English.

There's no on-site parking at this venue, but street parking is available in the area, along with several nearby parking garages.

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds, exchanges, or date changes allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

About event accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your ticket's start time to get your team registered and ready to play. Running late? No worries - you can still join after the session begins, though our on-site staff will kick things off no later than 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
What items are prohibited at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Alcohol, weapons (including firearms), sharp objects, cigarettes, vaping devices, marijuana, and anything that may compromise the safety of other participants are prohibited. Additionally, outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Some parts of the experience may be difficult for guests with visual or hearing impairments. Free companion tickets are available to accompany them throughout the show.
Will there be strobe lights?
There are no strobe lights, but the show does include lighting and haze effects that may be an issue for guests sensitive to those.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
The experience itself is standing, so there's no seating during the show. If you need a break, seating is available in the waiting area.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have a coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no specific age limit, but the minimum height is 51 inches. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult during the game, and those under 16 must have an adult present at the venue.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
